NEW SINGLE RELEASE
On February 2nd, we began production on our new single that will contain two of our songs, "Up All Night," and "Trails." The tracks that will be on this release are being engineered, mixed, and mastered by myself, at Washington Hall Studio in Nelsonville, OH. Which I might add has been a great experience and also been quite humorous also. As I have found, it is far more complicated that one would think to hit the "record button" and run in the live room and track my guitar or vocals. Sounds easy right? Yeah, that's what I thought too. Then trying to guide your bandmates in the control room, (who are not engineers I may add) how to turn up a certain track or mute another. So i've found myself getting quite the workout running back and forth from the live room to the contol room. Needless to say, it's been great only working with only the members in this band on this release and not having an outside engineer. Doing it this way, we have been able to really get what we wanted out of it, as far as our own vision of the sound and how it should sound, etc. Anyhow, today was our second session on the tracks. In all, we have spent about 10 hours on the tracks and now, all we have left is the vocals. So as much as we would love to announce a release date or an ETA for the single, we really cannot, or will not, because we do not want to rush any of the production on the material. We are really liking what we are hearing as of right now, and we are so anxious to get it out to everyone. We can only hope that you will enjoy this release as much as we all do. However, you can most likely expect to hear this material really soon, as we only have vocals to finish up.
